Advisory · Programs

Get the program back on a plan that holds.

Independent advice for program and acquisition leaders. Governance, recovery, integration, and acquisition planning, shaped so the plan survives contact with the schedule.

What decides whether the program lands.

Governance

Who decides what, how often, and on what evidence.

Schedule and budget

Where the plan and the money have drifted apart.

Risk

Which risks are being tracked, and which are being ignored.

Integration

How two teams, systems, or organizations become one.

Reporting

The few measures leadership needs to see, kept current.

What has to be true before it goes out.

Requirements

What the program actually needs, written so vendors can bid on it.

Market research

Who can deliver, and on what terms.

Acquisition strategy

The vehicle, the contract type, and the evaluation approach.

Vendor oversight

How delivery is measured once the award is made.

How risk is captured and rated.

  1. Captured

Each risk is written against the specific decision.

  2. Rated

Likelihood and impact are assessed, not just listed.

  3. Tied to the decision

Every risk states what it would change if it lands.

What you receive.

  • A program assessment with a recovery plan.
  • A governance model and a decision log.

  • A rated risk register tied to the decision.

Independence is established up front.

Conflict checks

Conflicts are checked before any engagement begins.

NDA available

An NDA is available before detailed material is shared.

Personal-capacity independence

Karaya Group operates in a personal capacity, independent of any vendor or bidder.

Decision shapes, never named clients.

  • A program where reporting, not delivery, was hiding the slip.
  • An integration of two organizations behind one operating model.
  • A requirement rewritten before solicitation so it could be bid.

These are anonymized shapes of decisions. No client, program, or figure on this page is a specific engagement.

Common questions.

Do you take on program management roles?
No. Karaya advises the people who run the program. It does not sit in the role, and it does not supply staff.
Can you work on an active procurement?
Only where no conflict exists. Karaya will not advise a buyer and a bidder on the same procurement, and conflicts are checked before any detail is shared.
How is confidential material handled?
A first message should carry no confidential detail. An NDA is available before deeper material is shared, and access is scoped to the brief.

Bring the program decision to an independent view.

Tell Karaya where the program stands and what has to change. Keep confidential detail out of a first message.
