Advisory

Where independent judgment changes the decision.

Karaya works in three decision contexts: capacity strategy, infrastructure diligence, and GPU capacity operations. Each starts with the decision in front of you.

When to bring Karaya in

The moments this practice is built for.

  • A capacity shortfall is forcing a build, buy, or lease decision.
  • A site or region choice has to hold for years.
  • A transaction needs technical and commercial diligence.
  • A GPU deployment has to stand up and scale without stranding capital.
  • Power and cooling constraints are shaping what is actually possible.
  • A team is scaling faster than its infrastructure decisions can keep up.

Typical questions Karaya helps answer

The questions that bring people here.

  • Should we build, buy, or lease for this block of capacity?
  • Does this site hold up on power, cooling, and lead times?
  • What are the real risks in this facility before we commit capital?
  • Which provider or contract structure fits the decision in front of us?
  • Where will our GPU capacity bind first as we scale?
  • What did the other side leave out of the diligence pack?

What you receive

Deliverables.

  • A documented recommendation with the reasoning exposed.
  • A comparison of the real options against the binding constraints.
  • A risk register that ties each risk to the decision.
  • A clear statement of what was assumed and what was withheld.

What is out of scope

Boundaries.

  • Staff augmentation or seconded headcount.
  • Project delivery or construction at scale.
  • An attached team sold behind the principal.
  • Ongoing managed operations after the brief ends.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Do I work with the principal directly?
Yes. Karaya Group is a principal-led independent practice. You work with the principal directly, and no team is sold behind the principal.
Is there a fixed package?
No. The engagement is shaped around the decision in your brief, and the boundary of the work is agreed before it begins.
How is confidentiality handled?
A first message should carry no confidential detail. An NDA is available before deeper material is shared, and conflicts are checked before any engagement starts.
What does an engagement cost?
Pricing depends on the brief and the scope of the decision. It is agreed in writing before any work begins.
