Industry News · Methodology
How Industry News works.
The rules that govern what gets published, how it is attributed, and how source facts stay separate from Karaya's read.
How it works
Monitored sources, stored signals, decision context.
An allowlisted set of approved sources is monitored. Each signal is stored with its source, its original link, and its publication date. Karaya then adds a short "Why it matters" that connects the signal to a specific decision: capacity, utilization, facilities, power and cooling, build, buy, or lease, diligence, financing, or execution risk.
Source facts and Karaya interpretation are kept visibly separate. The source reports what happened; the Karaya note reads what it changes for a decision. Neither is allowed to stand in for the other.
The public source directory lists every curated publisher and distinguishes sources approved for routine monitoring from relevant links kept for discovery only.
What is not done
The lines this feed does not cross.
- No scraping behind paywalls or bot protections.
- Full articles are not republished.
- Images are not hotlinked without rights.
- Nothing is published from a source until its terms and attribution are reviewed and approved.
Attribution and corrections
Every item credits its source.
Every item links to and credits the original source. If something is wrong, corrections can be reported by email to contact@karaya.group, and the record is updated.
Industry News is operated as a non-commercial, public-interest link and context service. It carries no ads, affiliate links, sponsored rankings, or paid placement. This describes how the wire operates and is not a claim of tax-exempt or nonprofit legal status.
Karaya's read-only MCP service uses provider adapters from CiteWire Community, the open-source CiteWire project. Provider results remain pass-through. They are not stored in or published by Industry News.
